TF Security Systems LTD is a provider of Intruder alarms, CCTV, Door entry and Access control systems. We design, install, service and maintain all systems within the UK. We are an NSI Approved Company with our works being audited yearly. TF Security Systems LTD operates from a central Head Office in Eltham, London.

TF Security Systems LTD is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy and rights when it comes to information processing. TF Security Systems LTD is committed to maintaining compliance with current data protection legislation, any future legislation that comes into force as and when required, and to maintain transparency about how it processes personal data. TF Security Systems LTD processes the personal data of both its own employees and its business contacts and works to robust information security policies to ensure this data is kept secure and the risk of data breach is reduced to a minimum. TF Security Systems undergoes annual penetration testing by an external body to search and mitigate vulnerabilities if identified.

Lawful basis for processing your information

Customer Details

TF Security Systems LTD retains all information for 7 years should the customer not have a maintenance contract. If the customer has a maintenance contract then the information will be retained for the lifetime of the contract and then deleted 7 years after the contract ends. This includes complaints records, contact details, and any other information collected by TF Security Systems LTD as part of being a customer, in order to fulfil TF Security Systems LTD’s contractual obligations.

All information provided to TF Security Systems LTD by the customer is treated as Confidential. This information is stored securely on TF Security Systems LTD Google Drive and internal files which is secured in a The TF Security Systems LTD office which has a policed monitored alarm system.

CCTV and Visitors

TF Security Systems LTD has 24hr recording CCTV cameras installed around the Head Office in Eltham for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety. TF Security Systems LTD Directors, visitors to TF Security Systems LTD or passersby may be recorded on these cameras. The footage is stored by TF Security Systems LTD for a limited time before it is overwritten. TF Security Systems LTD may monitor the footage in the event of a security breach. TF Security Systems LTD will only ever share the footage with the local Police force in the event of a criminal investigation.

Visitors to TF Security Systems LTD are asked to sign in using the Visitors Book in the office area. Information requested includes name, company and vehicle registration. In the unlikely event of a fire, this information is used to perform a roll call and ensure all visitors have evacuated the building. The TF Security Systems LTD car park is private property and is available for use by individual office spaces for different companies, and by providing your registration number TF Security Systems LTD is able to identify your vehicle. This information remains at TF Security Systems LTD Head Office and is not shared with any other party.

Complaints

If TF Security Systems LTD was to receive a Complaint, a complaint can be lodged via telephone or email which will then be handwritten on to a complaints form and put in the customer file along with the email.

TF Security Systems LTD will gain authorization from the complainant before passing any confidential information or personal data to other parties.

TF Security Systems LTD takes any complaints received about collection and use of personal data very seriously and encourages people to bring to its attention any collection or use of information they think is unfair, misleading or inappropriate.

Complaint details are retained for 7 years before destruction in case of any further proceedings.
